These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Kennyy, including the Discord bot, the website, and the web player. By inviting Kennyy to a server, using its commands, or accessing the web player, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Service

Kennyy provides music playback controls, queue management, playlists, audio filters, lyrics, language settings, and browser-based controls through the web player. Features may change, be added, removed, limited, or temporarily unavailable as the service evolves.

You are responsible for how Kennyy is configured and used in your Discord server. If you invite Kennyy to a server, you should have the necessary permissions to do so.

2. Discord and Third-Party Platforms

Kennyy works with Discord and may interact with third-party audio or metadata platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, and other supported sources. Kennyy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms unless explicitly stated.

Availability, search results, audio quality, metadata, and playback behavior may depend on third-party services outside Kennyy's control.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Kennyy, you agree not to:

• Use Kennyy to violate Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.
• Abuse commands, spam requests, overload the service, or intentionally disrupt playback for other users.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access restrictions, moderation settings, or security protections.
• Use the service to distribute malware, harassment, hateful content, explicit abuse, or other harmful material.
• Misrepresent Kennyy as being officially associated with Discord, Kerit Cloud, or any audio platform.

4. Music, Content, and Copyright

Kennyy helps users request and control playback from supported sources. You are responsible for the content you request, queue, save, or share through the bot and web player.

If a content owner, platform, or server moderator requests removal or restriction of content, Kennyy may remove, block, or limit access where appropriate. Repeated abuse may result in restrictions or denial of service.

5. Web Player and Login

The web player may use Discord OAuth2 to identify you and display servers or sessions you can control. You must only control playback in servers where you have permission to do so. Unauthorized access attempts, session abuse, or attempts to control another user's server without permission are prohibited.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Kennyy stable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, Discord changes, hosting issues, third-party platform changes, or abuse mitigation may affect the service.

Kennyy may update, replace, pause, or discontinue features at any time. If a feature changes or becomes unavailable, we will try to keep the community informed when practical.

7. Server Settings and Playlists

Kennyy may store server settings, user preferences, saved songs, playlists, and related operational data so the bot can function properly. Server owners and users are responsible for ensuring those settings are appropriate for their community.

If you want data associated with your account or server removed, follow the deletion process described in the Privacy Policy or contact support.

8. Restrictions, Suspension, and Removal

We may restrict access to Kennyy, remove the bot from a server, block abusive usage, or refuse support if we believe the service is being misused, attacked, exploited, or used in a way that harms other users, the bot, or the broader community.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Kennyy is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, service interruptions, data loss, third-party platform issues, server moderation disputes, or content requested by users.

You use Kennyy at your own discretion and are responsible for following the rules of Discord, your server, and any third-party platform involved.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use when Kennyy changes, when legal requirements change, or when we need to clarify how the service works. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the updated date shown above.
